Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Adventure Snow Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passengers have travel insurance coverage. Adventure Snow Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, inclusions, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used in some instances.

Cancellation Policy:Due to the nature of the snow season, cancellations under 14 days will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
25% cancellation fee 30 days or more prior to departure
50% cancellation fee 29 – 15 days prior to departure
Adventure Snow Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions. Refunds are not provided for wet or changing weather conditions. Adventure Snow Tours will not issue refunds if there is insufficient snow coverage.

Amendment Policy:We are happy to facilitate date changes within the current season, subject to each activity supplier discretion, availability, and price. Amendments will incur an additional $50 admin fee each time a change is made.

Package Upgrades: Adventure Snow Tours will not refund any unused prepaid packages.

Covid Policy: We reserve the right to implement changes to our product based on government advice or guidelines. For example, if masks become mandatory, or we may be required to limit seating or cancel a tour all together. If such a scenario arises, you will be able to receive a refund on Transport and Ski-Hire Components of your purchase. As we are a Reseller of lift passes, you the customer are obligated to contact Buller Holidays regarding their Covid-19 response policy regarding lift passes.
If you test positive for Covid-19 and your date of travel falls within the isolation period, please send evidence via email of your direction to isolate from State Government. In such a scenario we will offer a change of date or full refund of the Transport & Ski-Hire components. As we are a Reseller of lift passes, you the customer are obligated to contact Buller Holidays for their Covid-19 response policy regarding lift passes.

Return from the Mountain: It is extremely important that passengers take note of the bus departure time to return home from the mountain. Passengers will need to make sure that they allocate enough time to return all equipment and make their way back to the bus for their allocated departure time. Passengers who miss their return bus transfer may be required to stay on the mountain overnight at their own expense.

Child Policy: Children need to be accompanied by an adult. Children of all ages are permitted on tours, please check the relevant tour page for child age ranges. Due to limited luggage restrictions on buses, pushers and prams are not always permitted. Please ensure you check with our reservations staff before you bring them along to the tour. Passengers who show up with these items on tours without prior communication may be refused boarding without refund.

Luggage Policy: There are no luggage storage facilities on tours, please do not bring your luggage with you. Luggage may be stored with your accommodation provider for the day. Any inappropriate luggage presented on the departure day (including strollers) may result in refusal to board. Luggage for return on different day tours: Maximum of 20kg per person.

Snow Equipment Policy: Any passengers who wish to carry their own ski equipment with them to the mountain are required to inform Adventure Snow Tours prior to travel to ensure that enough storage is allocated for the day of your departure. Passengers who do not provide 24 hours notice about bringing equipment may be refused boarding, without refund.

Pick up and Drop off Services: Adventure Snow Tours may offer chargeable pickup services from selected Melbourne locations. Accommodation pick-ups must be requested and paid for at the time of booking. The tour will conclude at St Pauls Cathedral and does not include hotel drop-off. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to be waiting out the front of your selected pickup location (landmark or accommodation provider) at least 5 minutes before departure. Failure to wait out the front of your selected location may result in the tour guide being unable to locate you, causing failure to load. Adventure Snow Tours cannot be held responsible for passengers who fail to load.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that the tour details on their confirmation are correct and the contact details they have provided are up to date. It may be necessary for Adventure Snow Tours to contact passengers regarding the tour prior to departure date. We recommend providing an Australian mobile number and checking your email regularly prior to your tour.

Meals: Adventure Snow Tours do not include meals or drinks. Food and drinks will be available to purchase on the mountain, at your own expense.

Communication Policy: We may use the information you provide including your name, phone number and email address to contact you with booking information, product updates and promotional information. All marketing communications will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of further communications.
